Silicone Rubber Heaters

A silicone rubber heater (also known as silicone rubber heating pad or silicone heat tracing belt) is a flexible planar electric heating component fabricated by thermocompression vulcanization, with high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber serving as the insulating outer sheath and nichrome alloy resistance heating wires embedded inside. It can be bent freely and closely attached to the outer surfaces of cylindrical, curved or special-shaped equipment. Equipped with a temperature controller, it enables precise temperature regulation, setting it apart from rigid metal electric heating tubes and heating rods.
